This is how it works:

Select a plan based on the number of hours of service needed per month at a reduced rate.
Schedule monthly maintenance or as needed.

Maintenance items that are performed which may otherwise be ignored including but not limited to are:

2. Server patching and updating
3. Security updates and scans
4. Data Backup monitoring and updating
5. General cleanup of any computers (remove temp files, offending software etc…)
6. Disaster Recovery checkup
7. Clean out / Archive email
8. Resolution of general nagging computer issues.
